Meguiar's does not recommend applying any of their paint care products, including our waxes to glass. There are other options like RainX for this purpose.
Is there a problem with you glass that you're trying to fix or are you just wondering if you can apply a wax for a coat of protection? -

Don't do it! It may make your windshield wipers chatter and that will drive you crazy.
The NXT Glass Cleaner is more than sufficient to keep your windows clean.
