I've been weary of using any kind of powered tools to wax and take care of the paint on my vehicles because of the horrid results I've seen on cars.. However, I think it's time for me to step up and take care of my truck.. It has swirl marks on it, nothing huge as far as scratches.. I have been looking at AutoDetailingSolutions packages they have with the G100 and wondering what would be best for my situation and what else I would need if anything.. I'm looking at Package #2 or #3 depending on what is recommended or required for what I'm trying to accomplish... Just to remove the minor swirls and get my paint back close to new as possible.. This vehicle sits outside year round.. And is always washed by hand, never through an auto-wash.. Also have newer vehicles that I may use the G100 on as well if the truck goes well.. Thanks for your input!!

Your results will certainly go well, nothing to worry about there.

Suggested Products for Taking Care of a New Car
Recommended Products - G100a Dual Action Polisher
Personaly, I would look at 3 products first. #83 DACP, #80 Speed Glaze, and #21 Synthetic Sealant. Those 3 products should cover most everything.
You will want a dedicated 8006 Polishing / 9006 Finishing pad for each product, + any spares. And a 7006 Cutting pad + bonnets if you choose to remove wax by machine.
Give those a read over, then ask away some more....
Dont forget to clay the cars/truck first as well.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

So more of an a la carte setup then? Because none of the packages come with all of those together..And use the #21 in place of a regular wax like Gold Class or NXT?
Also should say that two vehicles are a metallic red and other is a metallic silver.. The truck is one of the reds..

Yeah, the one package comes with Nxt wax. It is a good wax, but I like #21 now. You can always ask if Rick would swap them.
Without doing the math in my head, I might go Package 1, plus the Foam Pad 6-Pack Deal, plus the 3 products, plus clay. And any towels, etc, as he has good deals on thsoe now as well. Of course I have some Nxt Wax, and some towels already, so that might be swaying my decision.
But you have to pick what you want, everything in Package 2 is usefull, and you might still end up cheaper if you order #21 + #83 seperate as well. Or just wait till the Nxt runs out for you, then try #21. You will still need some more pads and bonnets I think even if you go with Package 2.
I would just type up an Excel spreadsheet real fast for yourself, and see where the cost looks better.
EDIT:
I take that back, you would only need a 7006 pad + bonnets if you went with Package 2.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Thinking I will go with package #2 since it already has the speed glaze and the other stuff for the prep like the clay bar and the speed detailer for the clay lube.. Think I'll remove the #21 by hand in stead so I wouldn't need a 7006.. And kit #2 has two 8006's, one for the #83 DACP and one for #80.. And also has one 9006 for applying the #21 or NXT.. Anything else you can think of? I'll just add the #83 and #21 on as seperate items..

Well, always lots of stuff.... I keep finding things I 'need'.
I mentioned Girt Guards above, you'll want at least one for your rinsewater bucket, if not both buckets. (Remember, you are using the 2-bucket system.)
I dont know what other towels, for drying or product removal you may need, or other random products, but i never seem to have enough Supreme Shine Microfiber towels, and I have several Water Magnet towels. Ricks 3-pack prices for both of those are good right now.
Tire shine, wheel well products, glass cleaners, trim dressing, metal polish, interior care products, towels, brushes, sponges... the list goes on and on and on...2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
