Can not find any difference in the descriptions online. Both can be used with random orbital buffer. Any ideas?

Hey,
Meguiar's #7 Show Car Glaze contains the highest amounts of TS Oils of the various pure polishes in Meguiar's line-up. It is easiest applied by hand, though it can be applied by DA, or orbtial as well.
Meguiar's #3 Machine Glaze is also a pure polish like #7, but was designed for machine application, including the rotary buffer. If you are applying it by machine, I would suggest using #3.
