  • Microfiber towels; I'm confused

I bought Rubbermaid Microfiber Cloth Multi Pack of 3. (One for windows, bathroom fixtures, and multi-purpose). I think they are more for the home, but I tried it out when drying my sister's Jeep, anyway. I wet it first, then squeezed out excess water, and then kinda dragged it along the surface of the vehicle, kinda pulling it off. It didn't really make sense to me why I would wet the towel first, to try to dry something wet already. It kinda left little wet spots, which I didn't understand, so I went back to the ol' reliable chamois.

What am I lacking here? Advice and feedback please

Not to sure what microfibers you are talking about I do know the Waffle Weave Microfiber Towels are best for drying they beat anyother drying method. You don't need to wet them first just wipe dry.
