Is the awesome new Hot Rims® Multi-Piece Wheel Wash going to strip the NXT wax of my 3 piece wheels?

Currently, just Gold Class Wash and a sheepskin mitt have gotten the brake dust off.

But now that Meguiars was nice enough to send me a free sample, of Hot Rims® Multi-Piece Wheel Wash I just need to know if it's going to erase my nice coat of NXT right off

Yes, I would expect it to remove any wax, so you wont want to use it every time if you dont want to re-wax.

Just save it for when it is time to re-wax.

I second that, the Hot Rims Multi Piece Wheel Wash is designed to break down bonded brake dust from your wheels so wax wouldn't be a problem.

Yes, the G14124 Hot Rims Multi Piece Wheel Wash will remove wax from your rims. It is a safe light cleaning formulation that will remove all types of contaminates from your wheels. If would like, only use the product when the wheels are somewhat contaminated. Continue washing them with the Gold Class in between the times that you do your main cleaning.

Thanks for the help and I will not let them get to dirty then.. I have to keep them coated in wax since they are anodized and want to keep them shiny !!
