Just looking to buy some tape to use on the car for waxing, and noticed that these are both advertised as M3 2090. Are these the exact same? Just thought i'd ask because of the price difference

The tape looks the same, 3M Scotch 2090 both.... so it should be the exact same tape.

Thanks for the reply. Just thought i should ask as i dont want to use anything dodgy/cheap on the car. Just seems strange how its alot cheaper even though you dont get as much

Do you think it matters to use the 2090 or the 2080? The 2080 says is for delicate jobs.

Also, I was at Sherwin Williams and they have a green tape which the guy mentioned is similar to the blue stuff but much cheaper.
