Polish or glaze?

I will soon be planning to do a full detail on my black car which just has some light swirl marks on it.

Will be: wash, clay, scratch-x, (polish?), nxt wax

Do I still need a polish in the above with scratch-x?

Do I want only a pure polish which is more of a glaze like Showcar Glaze #7?

When washing in future after detailing I would normally just wash and nxt wax, would adding say glaze like #7 be benefitcial each time? will it be worth doin? eg. even more glossy?

So how about after I have done the full detail (i assume I only need to repeat this as needed maybe twice a year?)

For normal washing in between I would NXT wash and NXT wax, should I bother/make a big difference to shine if I add some polish in between like the Showcar Glaze #7? each time?

This will be by hand...or just wash and wax?

Also is Showcar Glaze #7 the easiest pure polish/sealant/glaze to apply by hand?

I probably do a 'full detail' 3 or 4 times a year, but then my car is outside all the time, and I enjoy doing it.

For a 'quick' detail, I like to use ColorX and Nxt Wax/#21.

I think the easiest polish to use would be DC#2. #7 and #5 can take a little practice, though not too difficult. Not sure about #81.
