Quick detailer

is it safe to use quick detailer once a month? after using quick detailer should I re-wax the car?

Welcome.
Quick Detailer(QD) should be used when your paint is at its best.
washed, clayed, waxed, etc.Meguiar's 5-Step Paint Care Cycle
if you wait a month, most likely there are gonna be things on it that might require washing and claying again.
let's say your car is waxed. you use the QD to touch it up and keep it shining and looking good.
a day goes by, you might want to dust the car first and use QD to give it a nice shining look.
you can probably do that for a few days depending on what's going on with your paint; driving conditions, where you drive, weather, etc.
QD is done after waxing to keep it looking good.
