Thanks. The more I used it the more comfortable it was to use.
Don't think I'll go back to hand application...

          Hey Kelly,

Good work!!! With a little practice and some dedication with the buffer, you will get the remaining marring as well! Again, fantastic work!

Yep that PC is something else. I loved mine so much I had another overnighted at a cost of about $60 so I could help a buddy with his car.

A couple of weeks ago I woke up and the guy accross the street was cleaning his car. Well, It is against my rules to see someone else cleaning their car in my neighborhood unless I am cleaning so I went for a quick QD and Wax.

After a couple of minutes my neighbor had come over and was asking me about what to use for this and that and I steered his attention to the PC. He was very leary about using one. I guess alot of people associate the PC with a Rotary and are just plain scared considering some of the Horror Stories that you hear about people burning the paint with a rotary. Anyway, I was getting ready to apply wax to the tailgate of my truck so I slapped the PC into his hands and told him "lets get you over this fear right now". I put a fine line of wax around the edge of the pad and told him to apply. He stated he did not now how. I explained you will about 30 seconds after you start. Well he turned that puppy on and slung wax all over me, him and everything else for about 6 feet. I scared the heck out of him by telling him to turn it off a little to loud. So he turned it off and as we were both looking for something to use to clean the wax sling off our glasses I proceeded to tell him that that was likely going to be the worst experience he will ever have with the PC. It only gets better from there. I put another bead of wax on the pad and he put it on the truck first this time and went to work. After he had the tailgate almost complete I walked over and grabbed the head of the PC and pushed it into my trucks finish. He got very excited and scared and just knew I had just ruined my paint. After taking it off the finish I showed him that even after forcefully pushing the thing against the finish there was no damage done. I instantly had a convert to the PC. He was back in an hour showing me his printed order receipt.

I was also very impressed with the fact that I had applied a coat of wax, waited till it set up and had removed about 1/3 of the wax in the time it took him to clean his windows.

I still get a bug every once in a while and do up a hand application but it's nice knowing that I can slap a coat of wax an a vehicle very easily and very fast when that is needed.

Your results turned out fabulous. And you did that on Black. Stand up on that little steep stool and take your bows.

Yeah, there is some. Practice makes perfect. Hand is kinda sore from holding the PC.
              Thanks again.

Hey Jeff,That step stool is great. It holds the PC a few pads and MF towels.
One injury though, took off skin on thumb knuckle

Note to self remove license plates next time....

Tim I think it will be awhile before I get that rotary!

Yep, I have one around somewhere. I don't use it for deatailing though. I have a truck and need a little more height so I keep a 3 step step ladder in the truck bed. Works well for me.

Sorry to hear about the injury. Ohhhh, the pain we suffer for our hobby.

I won't be displaying my 03 Mach 1 at this weekend's World of Wheels (conflicting travel), but will be at several shows coming up in April.
