I use nxt paste wax by hand and really like it. But whats the differance between nxt and Gold Class wax. The bottle of Gold Class says its the most reflective wax Meguiars produces. Thanks .

I have no idea what the exact meaning of 'reflective' is. I know depth and gloss.
I think Gold Class will gieve a little more depth and darkness to a dark colored car.
Nxt seems very glossy, and will generaly be more durable.
However, I have recently tried the #21, and that might be replacing NXt on my shelf. It seems very good so far.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

canoebuck,
The older bottles of Gold Class say that it is Meguiar's "most reflective wax ever". The new bottles say that it is "the most reflective GOLD CLASS wax ever".
I prefer NXT. Except for when I was trying out the Gold Class to see how it worked, when faced with a choice I have always picked either NXT or #21. Today I waxed my car with NXT.
The difference in appearance is that NXT looks wetter and glossier. Gold Class doesn't lack those traits, but NXT has more of them. And NXT will protect longer.
Notice that the products have different prices; you could say that they are made to price points. So Gold Class would be Meguiar's best wax at that price point, and if you wanted something better you would spend a little more for the extra gloss, wetness, and protection of NXT.
As Mike likes to ask (), does that make sense?
TomAs the light changed from red to green to yellow and back to red again, I sat there thinking about life. Was it nothing more than a bunch of honking and yelling? Sometimes it seemed that way.

I've only tried the Gold Class once, and was a little dissapointed with the result, the car looked a little dull to me when compared to the Carnauba wax that I have always used.
However yesterday I tried NXT for the first time and I like it even better than the Carnauba! Very easy to apply and remove with the G100 as well.
