I use this on my tire's sometime's. I also use Meguiar's Hot Shine Tire Spray. Is there a better way to use Meguiar's Gold Class Endurance. I does get alittle messy. I do use a foam applicator, but I hate to ruin them on the tire.
I like using a tire dressing applicator... I always get mine at walmart, they are called "Tire Swipes". Meguiars doesn't have a "tire dressing applicator"(wish they did) so this is the next best thing. They are cheap and work, they last me a couple months.
Look like this:
EDIT:
I will say its still a little messy... someone on MOL suggested(can't find the post, so thank you whom ever you are) placing the swipe in a Ziploc bag then pulling the bag around your hand while still holding the swipe, applicator side out then apply the product. Great way to keep from getting messy, then store the swipe in the Ziploc bag.
Originally posted by chevyman2001 I do use that one for the tire's. The thing is are they washable.
Not sure I would wash them.... not worth it. I think they are about $2 for a package of 2 at walmart. Might be better off purshasing more. I get several months out of one then toss it when it starts to tear, keep it stored in a ziploc bag.
I like using this since it's washable, and it works great with white lettering. I swipe the entire tire, then use the backside to swipe over the lettering. It get's dirty after about 2 uses, so I soak them and wash with my other stuff. I've tried the High Tech pads, and it just ruins them. I haven't tried the swipes yet.
Never argue with an Idiot.. They'll only drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience..
Use a 100% nylon paint brush they work great for applying tire dressings because they don't absorb the product and they are very easy to clean. You can get them in Home Depot or places like that.
