Depends on how big the car is, how bad the paint is, etc. You really can't look at it this way because the truth be told, once you start on a car you have to finish it and that means using the appropriate products and the appropriate amounts of these products to do the job right the first time.
I know this isn't the answer you wanted, but there is no mathematic equation like, 1-gallon of M66 equals 12 cars.
Besides that, if you like the way a product works and you like the results you get, and even more important, your customer's like the results you get, then quality work and results becomes primary importance while quantity of product used becomes secondary importance.
