I'm pretty confident we covered this in the AMYS class you attended, but to recap, if you finish with M80 Speed Glaze, because it's very rich in polishing oils like our pure polishes, (glazes), there really isn't the need to apply a pure polish after using M80 Speed Glaze and you can go straight to wax such as NXT.

Here's an example of a clear coat finish that has NXT Tech Wax applied over M80 Speed Glaze...

This is a 1982 all original Corvette with a factory clear coat still intact.

This Corvette was machine polished using M80 Speed Glaze and then two applications of NXT Tech Wax were applied,

This Kompressor underwent a very lengthy rotary buff-out to remove a lot of defects but the last machine cleaning step was to go over each panel with M80 Speed Glaze on the 5.0 setting and then it received three coats of M21 with about 12 hours in-between each application of wax.

If you want to use a glaze or pure polish in-between the M80 and your choice of wax then Deep Crystal Polish, M81 Hand Polish or M07 Show Car Glaze would all be good choices.

If it's a dark colored car, go for it!

Newport Viper use to use a combination of M80/M81/NXT and the yellow paint on his yellow Viper would...

        shimmer!

Mike, the 1982 Corvette looks great, just like the rest of the cars

But what did you use on those tires, with the withe letters on it?
I am eager to know because I have to detail something like
that in a very short while, so I am just curious about that.

P.s. Sorry that I went off topic with this question
          I just love detailing
