Put all those batteries you invested in, put a grounding strap onto it, and sell it to the military for 50 times what you paid for it. It ought to work if they pay $400 for a single hammer!!

Outside of #26, MPPP was my only wax.

We went to the Linville Gorge last fall, and we had to travel a few miles on a gravel road with a lot of dust...After we got home, I noticed that the car didn't have as much dust on it as I thought it would...This must have been due to the MPPP.

Can't comment on #26...I haven't used it that much in the last few years.

          DUST!!!

I have MPPP on one part of the hood of my GTO and NXT Tech Wax on the other part. The MPPP section attracts noticeably less dust than the NXT section. But once a QD is used on the paint the difference disappears.

I recently washed my car with NXT Car Wash, which also has anti-static properties. I deliberately used no QD on the hood after I washed so I can observe the effect of the car wash by itself. I hope it doesn't rain before I get a chance to observe dust accumulation.

MPPP uses the MiraBenz™ bonding system. It uses positive-charged molecules to create a cationic bond which locks onto the negative charge of the paint finish. Cationic bonds are the strongest of all chemical bonds.

I don't think anything practical will be able to keep all the dust off of a paint finish. Just gravity will cause some dust to rest on the horizontal surfaces of a vehicle. BTW, I am a BIG fan of the California Car Duster. It does not scratch the paint when used properly, and only for dust.

          Hope this helps.

I clayed a car this week using Meguiar's Quick Clay System.
After wiping the QD residue off, I noticed there was a lot of static electricity between my arm hairs & the just clayed finish.

What kind of QD did you use RamAir?

Did the QD attract more dust, or was it the other way around?
