  • Need some help

    Hello everybody here.
I'm new to this forum and need some help getting started.
I have '02 Blaze Yellow Subaru Impreza and I'd like to get my car mirror shine. I used to read threads about HowTo.. and some FAQs here Meguiar's Online, but at my problem is that Im lackin of Meguiar's products im my area. What I can get is: CLEAR COAT BODY SCRUB, DEEP CRYSTAL STEP 1 PAINT CLEANER, QUIK CLAY, CLEANER WAX LIQUID, DEEP CRYSTAL STEP 2 POLISH and GOLD CLASS LIQUID CAR WAX.
My question to you, Gurus is: cat I get shinig finish to my car using mentioned products (and how, if I can ), or better I should refer to different brand and products?

    Thanx.

    Hi Kiev,

    Welcome to Meguiar's Online!

    A couple quick questions,

After you wash your finish, if your run your hand over the horizontal surfaces, do you feel little bumps?

If so, then you need to clay.

When you look at your finish after washing, is it clear? Or do you see any kind of oxidation, road stain, or dullness?

If so, you probably need to use a paint cleaner like the Meguiar's Clear Coat Body Scrub.

Of the above two steps, you want to Clay first, then use the Paint Cleaner.

After those two steps, apply the Deep Crystal Polish, followed by two thin coats of Gold Class Liquid Wax.

Apply everyting using clean foam applicator pads, and remove everthing with either 100% cotton terry cloth towels, or premium quality mircrofiber polishing cloths.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask and post a picture if you get a chance.

    Again... WELCOME!

        Mike,
Thank you for your lighting speed response
I don't think I can notice any oxidation or dullness, but, anyway, here I'm attaching couple of pics of my car. What you think?
        Thanx again.
