Reusing Clay??

Well, you have kind of a couple questions there.
One, if all cars were perfectly clean, no contaminants, or just one or two per car, then yes, a clay bar could last a very long time. However, you are never going to get cars in that good of a shape, unless you clay your own frequently.
Meguiars makes 2 sizes of clays, the QuickClay size, and the Professional Size. Obviously, the Pro-clay is a bit bigger, and so will last longer.
Assuming you are just using the Quick Clay, I could see getting 2-4 'average' cars, with 2 or 3 smaller bottles of QD.
Now, you also have to pay attention to what order you clay in. You want to clay Paint--> Trim/Glass--> Wheels/Metal Trim/Tips, etc. Never work back up the line.
Also, you do not want ot just use the whole bar. The Quick clay can be cut into 3 pieces or so, and the Pro-Line will make more pieces than that. Then just use what pices you need.
So you could use one piece of clay for paint only, and one piece for wheels only. Or sort of downgrade a peice as you go. I'll usualy cut the clay into 3 pieces, work through the entire list there, then just toss it cause I dont want to make a mistake and re-use it.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
