  • tried to get my swirls off today....

I used my g100 with meguiars #80 on my hood today.... I have a black car so it's easy to see swirls in the sunlight... anyway I didn't have as much luck as I thought I would.. I went over one section doing it just like Mike taught us in the class he teaches......wiped the polish off and checked it out in the sunlight.... swirls still there.... i went over it 3 times total and the swirls are still there....... not as bad but still pretty noticable and not what I want to see. I am just assuming I need to get #83 for my car if going over one section three different times won't take them out with #80. Any suggestions?? Thanks everyone!!

You might want to bump up to a more aggresive polish like #83 and then follow with #80.

What pad were you using with the #80?

Try #83 with an W8006 Pad, if your not already using one.
