quicky pc pad loading question?

ok i tried my pc for the first time today....i sprayed the new pad with QD then did a X of product on the pad...anyway after the pad was loaded with a few applications an x seemed like to much to put on

am i supposed to continue putting a x on the pad or is a smaller spot enough once the pad is loaded

After the initial X or circle of product around the pad, cut your product usage down to about half to a third of that depending on what you're doing.
