  • Some Advice Please

SO SO many products to choose from, i am somewhat confused lol.

Basically my new car arrives shortly, never brought new before and due to the financial outlay, i have every intention of keeping it in top condition and preferably trying to keep a good shine on it !

So bearing in mind its gonna be "NEW" paintwork can u please advice me on what products to use ?

some of my questions are :

what to wash it with ...
what to polish it with ...
    how often to polish .....

any help would be much appreciated

    many thanks ....

PS NOT looking for a quick/cheap fix ..

Depending on what type of water you have (hard or soft) would detirmine what soap you should use, but really, I think it makes no differnce.

I really like NXT Car Wash Soap, but I cant say anything bad about GC, so pick whats ever locally in stock.

I'd get a tube of Scratch-X to help maintain the look of your new car, helps to remove swirls and etchings. If you looking to get a DA Polisher, then you could get some #80, and #83. I'd also get a pure polish like #7.

For Waxes, I'd reccomend getting #21 Synthetic Sealant, and some NXT Wax. Just so you have a varity.

For windows get some NXT Glass Cleaner, and for trim get some #38, works for tires also.

I'd reccomend all the GC accessories, Tire brush, Spoke Brush, Duo Fiber, Body Brush, Water Magnet etc, because all are super paint safe.

You might want to look into a NXT or GC package, could save a few dollar, but I dont know if they are able to be had overseas.
