It finally happened! I got my first compliment

So yesterday me and my buddy washed our cars at his house..
Nxt Car Wash
Nxt Insane Shine tire coating
Nxt Glass cleaner
Blue magic All metal polish(can't find NXT anywhere)

I decided to take it down to the car wash to get it all vaccummed up and thats where the magic happened

I had atleast 3 or 4 different people come up to me and ask how I got my car so clean. The also hinted that I should do theirs. Which to me is a big compliment. Two of them if I had a detailing shop and I said no but I may now be interested in it.

I decided to take my buddy to my uncles shop so he could see the charger my uncles working on. I mention the detailing business to my uncle and he said he had the perfect idea. In his shop he had a little room that was actually built for detailing but the guy who ran the business stopped detailing. He said if I gave him $5 for every car I could use it.

I've only detailed my car a few times but I think when I start to get a better feel for it I'm going to try a stab at the detailing business.

Any suggestions on starting up a small town/small detailing business? Also what should I look forward to if I do get it up and going?

Well first off: Have you polished/waxed your cars? Do you have any experience with a machine polisher? If your answer to either or both of these is "no," you need to get some more practice and experience before you start doing this as an "official" business.

Otherwise, I guess it depends what you're really expecting to do with the business... any ideas what you want to offer to people?
