I have orderd #83 and #80 and should be getting them by the end of next week, so my question is what might happen if by any chance the polishes would freeze on there ay over here. Would they still work fine, or does the temperature need to be dramatically low in order for it to freeze? Any Info. would be great.

Not knowing the specific answer to your question, I am going to kick out a little speculation on my part. Please keep in mind this is only my thinking out loud here.
I find with both of the polishes you mention they tend to clean up very well out of my pads with straight water. Which kind of lead me to believe they are largly water based. If they are indeed in large part water based then any frezing "may" not destroy the useability of the product. My thinking is that if they are water based it should not hurt it.
Obviously the safe way would be to not let them freeze but IMHO if Meguiar's had any customer complaints about product going bad as the result of the product freezing during shipping. With their Satisfaction Guarantee the way it is, I would just about be certain that they would just not ship under such temperature extremes. It would seem like the number of customer complaints and returns would be such that they would just put a hold on shipping under certain temps. So I kind of doubt you will have any problems.Jeff Smith
Don't mistake my enthusiasm for experience.
