Hello folks,
I recently purchased NXT Spray Wax because I was looking for a way to maintain my wife's car during the winter (properly prepped and topped with #26 paste x 2). However, I have a couple of questions:
1) I know that NXT Tech Wax contains very slight cleaners...does this also apply to the spray wax?
2) I had applied two coats of #16 to my car - I really liked the extremely tight beading of this wax. As expected, after applying NXT spray wax the bead pattern changed significantly when it rained - Does NXT spray wax "sit on top" of my layer of #16 or does it "chemically" mix to the previous layer of wax. I guess another way of asking the question is: When the sacrificial layer of NXT Spray Wax is gone, will my car bead heavily due to the exposed layer of #16?
Sorry for the weird questions, but I'm still on the fence about spray waxes - I really like the ease of use (hence the choice for maintenance). Thanks in advance.
