I went to order the book today off autogeek and i was at check out and as soon as i seeing the shipping rates i canceled it. $17.50 to ship ONE book to Canada

If you read through the MeguiarsOnline discussion forum or any forum you'll find lots of threads with complaints about the shipping costs associated with shipping ANY product into Canada... from any company, even MeguiarsDirect.com It's always been an issue and it's likely always going to be an issue.

One option is the e-book as it's delivered electronically...

Not sure what else to say except thank you for your almost order... please don't turn this into another "Canada Shipping Problems" thread... that's just how it goes when people want to ship products across the Canadian border.

To give you an example I filled my cart with a bunch of other things and shipping was almost the same as one book.

Agree with Mike on this one. At least get the e-book. You will enjoy it. It is a great book and a great learning tool.

I am sure the content in Mike's book is more than worth a $20 Canada shipping charge.

Whenever I think of a Dr. or an artist or any other common professional craftsman in a trade Mike Phillips pops into my mind. Everything about him is so professional it is unreal. I wish most of the population would open up their eyes to what his definition of professional detailing is.

I agree Nick that Mike is amazing at what he does..If the book cost $40 i wouldn't have a problem paying for but getting a $17.50 shipping charge for 1 book is very expensive.....

I just finished reading Mike's new book and I must say I am impressed!! Mike has shared so much information making this book incredibly valuable to both those new to detailing and to seasoned detailing veterans!! His topics are timely in that they cover the newest technology and his valuable tips will help anyone achieve that show car finish!!

Got mine today, thank-you and yes I paid the 17 bucks to ship to Canada
I also got the down load version, because it is kind of dumb to have a paper back book with links that you can't go to, I don't think that technology has come out yet, Good thing for the iPad.
Definatly a good read, even better with links.
