Easiest way to tell is to look at the surroundings. The paving stones and plants are different in the last pic too, not just the paint's shine.
Maybe the last pic is the true image and the first pics were editted to make it look less shiny?

Look at the last photo that shows the rear of the car. Do you think this is photoshopped or is this a legit shine?
If so that's the shiniest paint I've ever seen and want that for my next car!
