Thanks for taking the time to read.

Order from Canada next time where you won't have to deal with duty tax and the shipping should be a lot quicker. There's a few Canadian suppliers for Meguiar's, such as Bill Davidson's store www.detailingdepot.ca

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
    Remove swirls my friends.

Yeah, I know. If Bill's website would have been up and running at the time I ordered, I would have bought from him. I sure will next time!

          Hello Marc-Andre

I have started an inquiry on your order with the US Postal Service.
I will be tracking your package.

          It has been my
experience that once you file an inquiry the package will start moving
          again.

We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Please feel

Here in Australia we only pay tax if value of a single imported parcel is above $1000.

So I imported tires, oils, megs stuff, bike exhausts, leather jackets, bike helmets .. you name it, without paying any tax.

How good is that having in mind that prices in US are half and sometimes one third of what we are to pay here.

Example: NXT 2.0 wax cost me $12.99 from autogeek.

            Same product cost $44 here!!!

Problem is the Canadian suppliers don't have what we (or at least me) want. Have to order from the US.
Try finding Meguiar's 2.0 pads in Canada! Or even the old pads for that matter

Soft Buff 2.0 pads will be in stock soon. Given time, I plan to stock most of the Meguiar's product line. I'll be adding many more products within the next 2-3 weeks.

I can get you some of the older pads, as well. If there is anything you need, feel free to make a request. I'll do my best to make it happen.

Bear in mind that the $1000 includes postage costs...after that it's a 5% import tariff.

I do the same thing - it's a pity that some stockists (eg ADS) don't ship internationally.......but international postage is usually at least the same value as the products themselves.......so sometimes the savings aren't quite as much as it may appear at first....but it is still almost always cheaper than buying stuff here in Oz!

But (and I've said it before in other MOL threads) the markup from USA to AUS is nothing short of highway robbery......NXT 2.0 actually costs upward of $50 in Australia!!!

Another good example is UQD or UQW - can find them for around $8.99 - $9.99 US.....here in Australia the cheapest I've seen either is $29.

The most annoying is for Supreme Shine towels....detailing.com sells them US$5.49 for a 3 pack - in Australia it's around AUD$13 for a single towel! Ridiculous.

If only ADS shipped to Australia, I'd love to get my hands on a sample of D151...

                      It does not include shipping.

Had and issue with au customs over muffler for my bike paid $950 + $110 for freight .. they wanted to charge me a custom fee.

Wrote them a letter and they drooped the charge and released the muffler without taxing it.

I understand your pain, that's why I buy EVERYTHING from US.

If we all do this, we'll teach them a lesson and they may stop ripping us off.

Back to the original topic here: I've dealt with autogeek, they do ship internationally and postage is reasonable. All in all, I still pay less then 1/2 prace for megs products purchased in US comparing to ridiculous prices in Australia.

$50 for NXT wax..??!?? NO WAYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

That's pretty crazy! I'm pretty sure the only reason that prices are so much higher outside of the U.S. is because all meguiar's products are manufactured within the U.S. . This means that they are having to ship huge crates or pallets of materials all around the world, and pay for taxes on those products as well, so in turn it causes the prices to be extremely expensive.

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

Since the proper amount of time to open, sort and inventory the package has elapsed, I believe the OP has a duty to at least give us a rundown (pics would be better) of the order that started the thread.
