Being in Canada I would order form E-shine or Autowerkesexclusive. Both owners of the companies are great people and both carry great products. I guarentee shipping will be quick from them.

I have bought from eshine before..the reason why i didn't buy from them this time is cause they didn't have the things i ordered

Can't say I've been thrilled with AG in the past, but eShine is a great company. Ordered from Chris at eShine a few times, always top notch.

No response after 2 emails i phone them and the lady told me that moy order has not shipped out yet and that it will be shipped out today..then 45 mins later i got a response by email saying that one thing on my order is on back order and that my order will be shipped on MAY 27th..that over 3 weeks after i ordered

Items on backorder that holds up shipping is a common issue that needs to be checked prior to ordering.
I order many computer supplies for my employer and often run into backorder issue. Sometimes a backorder could take over 1 month to obtain because the manuf is completely out of stock.

When i put my order in it never said that is was out of stock or on back order.

The point i should have been notified right way about it been on back order...instead they said nothing to me about it been on back order..

I placed my first order with AutoGeek on a weekend night a couple of weeks ago and had a box of goodies waiting at my hotel 4 days later. ADS does a better job packing / wrapping product to prevent spills but otherwise I wouldn't have a problem ordering from Autogeek again in the future.

Every order I've ever placed with them has shipped out the following day. My order I placed a few days ago shipped the next day. Due to be here Thursday.

AG ships very quickly and like Mike said, their customer service is top notch like Meguiar's!

Was one or more items on back order? Some places will hold an entire order if one item is not currently in stock.

AutoGeek is known for pretty darn top notch customer service but even the best sometimes have a little hiccup.

No as far as i know nothing was on back order..

Do they normaly take so long to ship stuff out?? I've emailed them twice about my order with no response so i called today and they still haven't shipped it out...over a week ago i ordered my stuff. I've never delt with a company that takes so long to ship..if i new they weren't going to ship it right away i would have not even bought anything from them rrrrrrrr.
