In a moment of weakness and late night delirium I... I... I ordered some products that aren't from Meguiar's.

Can I still be a somewhat active member here at MOL?

I really felt the need to take this "offseason" or slow period to purchase and perfect some other brands of products on my vehicles before next spring. I purchased a couple of sealants and polishes (nonabrasive). I was pressured into the purchase. I really was just going to order a window water spot removing product and got tricked into order some stuff. I think I was trying to get free shipping or something.

I try to stay loyal to Meguiar's, but that dern other web site and his "Perfect Shine" (you know who) theories and products. What's a weak minded detailer in search of the perfect shine to do?

My best clients are ones that have had experience with other detailers. You can't have good with out having bad to compare it to.

I don't think Meguiars would want brain washed zombies using their stuff but rather rational intelligent people that can compare products and choose the best one for their needs.

I see where your coming from. I really want to learn about the pros and cons of other products. Kind of like broadening my detailing vocabulary. To bad this lesson is gonna cost some cash.
