        Don't feel stupid, I also thought it was about Vettes. And considering we have international members here who don't speak English fluently, I thought VETS was Vettes.

          Don't worry Roger I knew what you ment!

          While I'm not a Vietnam Vet, my father is. Caught the tail end of the conflict and was with Echo 2/9 Marines.

          I'm an Iraq Vet, served with the 736th TC (Guntrucks) out of Bakersfield Ca. in 2004 & 2005.

          I want to thank you for your service, I know the reception you guys had when you came back home was a bit less then warm, but there are those of us out there that know your sacrifices where not in vain.

          For those who fought for it, freedom has a flavor the protected will never know.

            Caught the tail end of Nam, was in DaNang in 73 on the NAVY side
            Desert Storm 91 in the Persian Gulf aboard the USS Ranger CV-61.
