Loyalty is a rare gem that one must cherish, with that said sometimes we have to step out of our comfort zone even if it means looking else where for ones needs. I have been to detail.com and have found that rare gem. You have to be loyal to your costumers and try to fullfill their every need, thatis what I found with John and Rene, they would not hesitate to give someone advice or to take someone to the back and show them hands on how to work a product. They will even spend an hour with you talking about tricks of the trade. That has been my experience with them.

Hey now, wait a minute. I never said I was never going back to Rick. Like I said I think Rick is an awesome guy and has a drive for customer satasfaction like none other. Im sure I will be back to Rick to spend hundreds more of MY hard earned money. I just wanted to give this place a shot. It wasnt about the money as much as it was just mixing it up and trying something new. So lets not jump to conclusions. This particular site also carries some products that Rick does not, and on the other hand Rick carries products that they do not. Anyways, hope my post helped some people. Sorry if it upset others.

I also made an order from detailing.com so I could take advantage of their latest and greatest sales. I got 32 ozers of M105 and M205 for about $40, some pads and a few other assorted Meguiar's items. I am very happy the order; it arrived promptly and the price was right.
