In my book and in the videos, it shows a guy washing a bumper with big dish washing gloves.
Right after I noticed something didn't look right, the instructor said in a very serious tone, "it's important you all wear gloves when washing a bumper. If you don't you WILL get little wrinkles on your fingertips."
