Don't know if anyone here is into Broadway plays, or just plays in general. My favorite is Les Miserables, yours?

Re: Favorite Broadway Play?
I've seen a handful here and there. Wicked was pretty cool just because it played off of the wizard of oz. Anything goes had pretty good music and Phantom of the opera is always a good one.
I probably would have liked Sweeny Todd more if I didn't have insane jet lag. I didn't really care for Mama Mia ugh

Re: Favorite Broadway Play?
I liked Les Miserables too. I also liked Mama Mia too (seen London and "roadshow" version) since I am a ABBA fan. Phantom was decent but really appreciated it more after I saw the movie version. Riverdance and Lord of the Dance were nice for all the clomping.
Spamalot was really fun.Al

Re: Favorite Broadway Play?
Wow I didn't think this thread would have this many responses, but we are a cultured group I guess. I played trumpet in band and love show tunes and anything with jazz in it. Played in the pit orchestra for Pirates of Penzant and that was good.
While I haven't seen a broadway show, I think if it has decent music and a followable type plot it should be good. I would also like to see Mama Mia since I too like ABBA."Difficult takes a day, impossible takes a week." Jay-Z

Cats was pretty good agp423, not my favorite, but I liked it. I also loved Blast!
