When you say tinting fronts, do you mean tinit the front passenger windows or the actual windsheild? I thought MN was bad only allowing 50% tint, but no front passengers would be really bad.

I agree with most car-specific forums being just people bashing others because if you don't do a, b and c to you specific model and instead do x, y and z, you for some reason are a "disgrace" or other four letter words.

Another vendor that might help is www.pfyc.com, they do some GM stuff (and a CTS store) and have pretty good customer service. I think their prices are ok, but could be better. Certainly something to look into.

No Black Magic Chocolates that I know of.
The one benefit of doing it yourself is you can rip it off to pass inspection/fix it tickets, and then just put it back on yourself.
The side windows are easy to do.

    [QUOTE=Maserati Mario;324760]Tinting windows is a pain!

The last tint I bought was Black Magic from wally world, like $12 bucks.
    Worked fine,

You can also get a box of Black Magic Chocolates for $12 bucks!

Do you get Black Magic chocolates in the states?

And how hard is it to string up a steering wheel cover? I was looking for something slip-on.
Wouldn't think it is too hard? Go from one hole across to the other until you are done? I have not done it before, but I'd guess it is like lacing up a shoe.

Also, do I have to have a heat gun for the tint job? Can I use a blow dryer instead? This video shows a tint job without a heat gun. Also, would you recommend 35% grey or 50% black? I don't want anything too dark.
I would just have them tinted professionally. It really isn't that expensive, and most legit places have lifetime warranties for their tint as well.

What's wrong with us 20 year olds?

I've done all my cars and I can get the sides done ok.
But the back is always the hardest.
The problem is the quality of the tint.
In order to do a Professional Job you need Professional Tint
This stuff runs about $300 bucks a roll. So it's almost the same to have it done.
My experience with pre-cuts is they are to small and the quality stinks!
But give your side windows a try and you'll save some money.
Just remember to start from the bottom.
Yes you can use a hair dryer

Are you a member of or have you visited the Cadillac CTS Forum?

Custom pedals; check these guys out: http://www.ultimatepedals.com/
(Side note: the pedals on the main page look just like the one's my father CNC machined for a company for Porsche's.)

    Steering wheel covers: http://www.wheelskins.com/

    Seat covers: http://www.seatsavers.com/QuoteRequest.php
Most places sell in a pair, I'm assuming that is for cost reasons etc., for making a single cover. This place does have the option for integrated seat belts. Gave you the quote page so you can pick the options, etc, and get a hold of them about what you want.

Do the seats have airbags? One thing to check before covering it up if it does...

Yeaup, I only want 1 seat cover... I've looked everywhere online, they either only sell sets, or they sell single universals. And no universal seat cover accommodates seats with integrated seatbelt.

Hmm your requests are interesting but I have never heard of engraving in pedals, you could maybe look into getting some strutking pedals and have someone engrave them for you? And are you only wanting one seat cover?
