My poor gf. She was trying to get out of this guys way, twice he cut her off and she locked up the frount end went spinning across 5 lanes into the dirt and hit the divider. She's fine, were going to buy new lights, bumper cover and a paint job anyways. But here's the pics.

WOW! Thank goodness she is OK. It could have been worse. Cars can be replaced but people can't.

I believe I may have seen the aftermath of her accident. Was this a little after 6:00PM on Friday, 9/5? I saw a woman standing next to a dark colored Benz up against the center divider on the NB 133 just beyond the Irvine Blvd exit/right before the 241 split. A CHP officer had pulled over with her so I didn't feel a need to do the Good Samaritan thing as everything seemed under control.

Sorry to hear about the accident, but glad she's OK. Waaaay too many people driving these days with no awareness of others on the road.

Yes that was her. I wondered if any one here seen it. There were plenty of Good Samaritans that stoped and helped her. Thanks anyways.

By the time I passed the scene it appeared that everything was cleared out and they were just standing around waiting for a tow truck. Did she get the license plate number of the other driver? Did the other driver even stop? Had I witnessed the incident I would have made sure I got that number, following discreetly to make sure I had it, then offered whatever witness assistance I could. I absolutely HATE drivers who are so inconsiderate/distracted/oblivious behind the wheel that they actually put other motorists in danger.

No she didn't. She couldn't even see his plate, that's how close he was. He fliped her off as he cut her off the second time and got away. No witnesses either.

Glad to hear she's ok. I'm sure shaken up but none the less ok. I see drivers like that on the 405 south every morning (IDIOTS). I do mean every morning. What's really scary is when cars cross the carpool solid line driving into the carpool. I'm afraid I'm going to see a motorcyclists cutoff bad one of these days. I hope not.

The I-5 is another fun freeway too. Glad to hear the only injuries were on the car.
