Re: Car Crazy Detailing Edition??
I don't really see the point to getting an expert like the pros here to do a car on the show. What will that show?
Now, if you brought a crew to my house and showed the public that Meg's products work amazing even when a schmuck like me is using them.... now that is good tv!!!

I have always wanted to do something similar, but this time, utilize the talented guys we have here at MOL.
AND FILM IT!!!!
We wouldn't need to 'create drama' to make an interesting show... Are you kidding?!?
Just doing that type of job in a short period of time is dramatic enough!
Lets do it!

Re: Car Crazy Detailing Edition??
That would be a great idea. I understand the idea behind Car Crazy, but I wish they would occasionally do an episode on detailing and details. Even if they wanted to do a special Open Garage or something similar. That way, it would include Meguiar's employees and the great details that use the products.

Re: Car Crazy Detailing Edition??
Honestly, I think this would be a TERRIFIC idea!
Furthermore, beyond a single episode concept of a complete "start to finish" project I think it would be awesome to either have a nmini-series, or a short blurp over the course of several normal episodes where Meguiar's visits with MOL detailers across the nation, each giving their unique tips and showing what they know.
This would help to give pointers to all of the people out there that may be afraid to tackle projects or try products beyond the initial simple items like wax, wheel cleaner, and tire dressing.
Just a thought...

Watching a pro go through a project from start to finish, edited of courseMaybe a full wet sand, cut and polish? I bet it would attract a lot more attention than just from the detailers. A lot of regular car guys eat this stuff up.
Maybe something for a car to go from the painters booth all the way to the car show?

Alright Barry, the people have spoken! When can we expect this episode to be on air? Can I be the first to pre order my dvd copy of the episode?
Oh also, can this be shot in 1080p please?
Thanks,
Nick
