I wish to thank Mike Stoops for the timely manner in which a replacement QD was shipped. My survey gift one leaked all over the box.
I am donating it to a carshow I am attending tomorrow. Now I have the whole set.

They do have the best.

I had my M80 and M09 go bad and Ben Larson is going to replace them both!

My Quik Kit leaked but wasn't bad at all. Make sure those bottle sprayers are tight and if you go to far, take them off and turn back the clear plastic adapter on the spray bottle a click or two back then put the spray head back on


Looks like an adapter to use the current spray heads compared to the spray heads that was on say the old Heavy Duty Carpet, Upholstery cleaner (pink bottle). Cheaper to make an adapter than engineer a whole bottle maybe. I could be off

My Quik Kit bottles were loose at least one click or two, and you don't want to see people handle our goods during shipping

I am impressed. I had two little screws fall out of my Boker Knife, they want 5 bucks for the screws and 5 bucks shipping I have a similar Spyderco knife and needed new screws for the pocket clip, the guy emailed me and asked for my address and bam, got new screws in the mail, free of charge. I emailed Boker back and told them what happened and thats why I like Spyderco, they never wrote back.....

Gotta love customer service, thats what keeps you coming back.

Imho great customer service is what keeps you coming back. If I am going to spend my money somewhere I would like to feel somewhat appreciated. I agree 100% with you Aaron.
