Same boat here... Very flexible at work just don't abuse it and work when you need to be working.

To be honest don't have a whole lot of time to be surfing, just when you think you can kick back a little..... the office phone rings, then the cell phone, your getting called on the two way radio and there is a line of fellow employees waiting to talk to you.
