I think I am going to go with something like this.
Keep in mind the font, the car, and the shape of the black area will all be combined to make a logo.

I agree with Murr1525. My other concern with the car outline logo is that it is such a departure from your original logo.
If this is the choice, would it be possible to see one where the text is not all block letters? (I think that makes the name harder to "digest" at a glance.)
