You Know when you go into a dealer, does'nt the picture of the salesman in the loud jacket and tie flash in your mind. Being a car nut when I go into a dealer that's the first I see. and handle them that way

We do a lot of work for a nearby dealership, mostly detailing their lease end returns and trade ins, every so often we prepare a new car for delivery, sometimes we are asked to apply paint protection to some of them, they provide the product and also interior fabric treatment, for that we charge an extra $50, ,,here is the kicker,,, I wash and vac a lovely little Miata for a young girl, it is her pride and joy, she mentioned she bought it from this dealership and just had to get the paint and interior protection to protect her investment,,, cost ,,,$1000 . now that is criminal in my opinion, since then if I know a customer is getting a new car, I suggest they do not get this done at the dealeship, instead I will use two coats of #21 and scotchguard the interior ,,,my charge,,,$120,
