That was just about the worst SB I've ever seen. The only good commercial was Bud's stadium where the beer poured into the glass. All done by the fans(probably CGI) with colored panels. Did you catch that one?
I did turn to the puppy bowl. It was a good alternative to the game. But I could only take so much of that.
Watched probably about 20 minutes worth of the beginning of the game. Then went to buffalo wild wings, bought 24 hot wings, came back, watched 30 more minutes as I finished the wings.
Then I got on my computer and worked with my latest linux install.

I agree. The game was pretty boring. The halftime show was awful. Definitely the worst halftime show in years. Most of the ads were terrible. There were a few entertaining commercials but not too many.
Definitely the worst part of the game was the officiating. Like the rest of the playoffs the officials were AWFUL.
Originally posted by Godiva I suppose it depends on which bowl game you watched.
I watched Puppy Bowl II on the Animal Planet. It was great, better than last year. And this year they had a 30 min. Kitty Half Time show.
Sponsors were Animal Planet, Pedigree, Bissell (referees used the Spot Bot for...first downs and off sides) and Subaru.
DVD will be out in March.
I actually caught some of that too! Some of the best TV I've seen in years! Gratifying knowing I wasn't help subsidize some whiny actor's bloated contract, too. Then I turned it off and resumed thinking for myself.
My car's so shiny I can see your car's swirls in its reflection.
