Purchased from AG on 3/1/2012
Used roughly 3 times, less than 1 hour each usage.
Im wanting this to be gone simply because i can not handle to forced rotation with the Flex.

Interesting, the 3401 put smile on my face, not only when I use it but whenever I see it in my garage.

oh I forgot to add that he messaged me several times when I didn't respond back to him in 30 minutes of less 'you still gonna take it' ' you still interested'?

Makes me wonder why after a firmed deal was made and I asked for a paypal invoice to pay (with details about the item) that he turned tail and ran.

It's just a flake seller it looks like. Contacted me today and says he 'can't accept my offer'. Huh. He was the one that messaged me and said are you gonna take it, then in the next half hour messaged me if I was going to take it again and something else. I asked for a paypal invoice, he disappeared. Stated family medical bills necessitated the sale. Now says he has 'too many 6" pads' and would lose too much money.' I countered about the 2 days delay in this deal and was told 'my fiance uses the computer too'.. yes, to browse threads at autogeek? (as shown by profile activity yesterday).

Raising a red flag on this one, fenderpicks seems to be a flake seller, can't get his stories straight, backs out of firm deal offers and so much more.

Just to let everyone know, we've contacted the seller here directly and are currently awaiting a response. He has several hundred posts over at autogeek.net and 100% positive feedback on ebay with 51 transactions. While lack of communication in online transactions can be very frustrating and is often the mark of a scammer, something tells us there's more going on here and so we've reached out to fenderpicks for an explanation. Stay tuned...............

The seller responded very quickly and apologized for any confusion or frustration. He had planned on selling the buffer by itself even though he'd bought a bunch of pads to go with it. Had he let it go for the counter offer price, including shipping, he would have lost a bunch of money on the buffer and then been stuck with a bunch of pads he could no longer use. So he decided to just keep the thing.

Without having seen the actual communication thread it's hard to say exactly where the confusion started, but it's no big surprise that there was at least some level of confusion and, obviously, some frustration. Let's chalk this one up to a breakdown in communication and move on. Given the sellers history on Autogeek and ebay it's really doubtful that any malice was intended here.

But since this is now a dead deal, we're going to leave this thread closed.
