I have 2 new pads for sale that have never been used. I bought them on Saturday at English Color in Dallas, TX and ripped off the plastic and threw away the receipt and they will not take them back or exchange them.
The pads are a Meguiars Wool Cut & Shine 4000 and a Meguiars Yellow Super Buff 8006. I paid about $33 for these on Saturday.
