  • PC7336SP For Sale or Trade

I went to pick up a 2nd unit the other day and ended up walking out with 3! So anyway, I have 2 units NIB that I will sell for $85+shipping or trade for something useful to me.

I operate a new mobile business so Detailer line or Pro line products are needed. I need more pads too. I'd also like to get a quality Rotary to start learning - already got the junk hood waiting in the garage!

Email me if you have any interest. Thanks for looking.

    Anybody? No offers at all?

I know some here were saying they were on closeout for $40-50, but at my Lowe's they were $77 + the 9.25% TN tax. The guy gave me a few more dollars off for buying all he had (3). They were $120 regular price.

I figured somebody here would at least trade for one so I went ahead and bought them.

Anyway, if interested let me know.

They are the same thing. The G-100 is just one with meguiar's logo on it.

Welcome to the board! I'm pretty new to the forum myself.

The G100 is the PC (Porter Cable) dual action unit packaged with the Meguiar's name. They are pretty much one and the same. The particular model I have may be a slightly different model, but still has 6 speeds and operates the exact same way.

With this unit you would probably want to buy the velcro backing plate and foam pads with velcro backing from somewhere like autodetailingsolutions.com for ease of use.

It is very "easy" and forgiving to use, and definitely makes a difference in the detailing process. There is a video available titled "How to use the PC for showcar results" that explains its use in depth.

There are some posts to explain the difference from this unit and a rotary buffer (which you definitely wouldn't want to use if you are just starting out). I've been using this type unit for years and want to move into using a rotary, especially for my new business.

I'd be happy to set you up with one of mine if you so decide! Enjoy the forum. There are some great people, experience, and info here.

The G-100 is the Meguiar's branded PC, exact same machine. However, the main difference is that the G-100 has a lifetime warranty. If you can find the discounted PC at Lowe's, you can't beat that.

Re: PC7336SP For Sale or Trade

I can use pretty much any Detailer Line or Pro-Line stuff as I'd like to get familiar with more of the products.

Specifically, I use 21, 66, 83 regularly. I would also like to get some 80, 7, 39 and/or 40. Some 84 or other rotary prods would be good since I plan on getting one to start learning. (I could use a a rotary too )

I need some more pads (7006, 8006, 9006), MF towels, DA bonnets.

From the retail line maybe some tire gel, I'd like to try some spray wax.

I'd like the paint defects video too. I just said "useful" so as not to get a whole lot of the retail line (some's ok) or marine prods.

If you use it for your mobile business, chances are I can use it. I just figured I could trade rather than buy since I already picked up these extra PC's.
