    I don't believe that there is a switch on this item to allow it to work at other voltages. I believe you would need to have a voltage regulator/adaptor. I don't know if that would be cheaper purchsed there or purchased here and mailed to you. Perhaps someone who is more familiar with the electrical issues present in Europe might chime in.

      Assuming power output is more than 300 Watt, a converter would cost almost as much as the tool itself.

      In that case, unfortunately we have no deal. It would already have been a a close call for me, with all the added cost (shipping cost, tax, customs fees).

      Gues I'll have to keep performing my Karata Kid imitation (wax in, wax out )
