I recently talked to a potential customer about one of his new acquisitions. He purchased an older (80s) MBenz from an owner who had had it repainted. The body shop appears not to have wet-sanded/buffed out the job. He referenced heavy orange peel and a lack of luster.
I have a few pics, but they're not that detailed. As far as the client goes, I know he is saving up money for such a detail and was mainly looking for a detailer and a ball park price range.
I felt like this was a little out of my field as I don't want to risk sanding too far into someone's new paint.
