About how long does Quick Interior Detailer's protection last? I'd like to use it as my primary protectant. I really like how you can use it on practically anything in your car's dash.

Since QID is not considered a full protectant or dressing, it won't last nearly as long as things like Natural Shine or Ultimate Protectant. But it's so quick and easy to use that you easily wipe down the interior in just a few minutes. If you do that very regularly it will give constant protection, which can actually be more beneficial than a sort of "hit and miss" use of a proper protectant. You know, those people who maybe use a protectant once or twice a year?Michael Stoops

I use QID about once or twice a month on the cars and it leaves a great natural finish with good protection so far. To me that is better than using a protectant less often so I can keep it clean and dust free, with some constant UV protection!Originally posted by Michael Stoops View PostComment
