    my truck has alot of buffing trails ,i want to get rid of them for good, i would like to do it by hand if possible , thanks

    You will remove them as any other defect.
    Depending the vehicle you are working on and how severe the defects would determine the products you would use.

    Chances are that you can fix them with Ultimate Compound and you could follow it with Ultimate Polish and remember to protect the surface with your wax of choice.

      have to agree with Yalerd.

      if they have recently been installed in the vehicle you could always go back to who installed them and ask them to fix it. if they refuse then tell them you will take it to someone else to fix and bring them the bill to pay it.
