My SEAT Leon with ColorX

Hi Guys

I gave my car a well deserved wash with Hyperwash and a wax with Colorx yesterday, and wow was i impressed with ColorX i had forgotten how good it was. I picked it up in Naples FL a couple of years ago. Unfortunately we cant get it in the UK, does anyone know if Meguiars US will ship to the UK?

Used to be the US had ColorX, and other countries got Colour Boost, or something like that. Same thing, different name. Dont know if it is still that way.

ok, no sorry never heard of it, have checked with Megs UK and they dont supply it, i'll take a look at autogeek and Amazon (US).

Looks like Meguiars Australia is ColorX also... maybe the Boost went away.

Have you tried AutoGlym's Super Resin Polish? You might find it to be a good, and available, substitute for ColorX.

Yes here in Australia ColorX is freely available from auto retail shops.
akimel beat me to it - if you're having trouble locating Meguiar's stuff, try some Autoglym SRP, and then top this with their Extra Gloss Protection sealant. You'll be pleasantly surprised at your result!

Thanks Dave yes I have SRP and EGP, your right both very good products, but perhaps Colorx has slightly better longevity – but too be fair there is very little in it.

I have managed to find an Ebay seller in the US who will ship to the UK so I’ll get a couple of bottles from him/her.

Thanks Francis, yes I have the car almost 3 years now, still pleased with it (has the golf GTi engine)
