I was wondering what would be the best product to clean the black vinyl stripes I have on my car? I wash them, but there are some spots that will not come off???

Your best bet will be to try something like Meguiar's M39. It is a dedicated vinyl cleaner. Try that and a MF towel to wipe them down. You can then use something like Meguiar's M40 to dress the stripes, and then go back after 10 minutes, and wipe the excess dressing off.
