"Meguiar’s does not recommend layering Tech Wax 2.0 over another sealant or wax. It has slight cleaning properties, but one coat is all you need to achieve dramatic results"

Yes you can. Gold Class has more cleaning power than Tech Wax. You might see a little more of a pop with Tech Wax, but you will definitely be extending your protection with Tech Wax over GC.

It's reverse. Tech Wax 2.0 should go first and then you can top it with carnauba. Synthetic wax should be your base.
Now you can use another coat of Gold Class or M26 for extra protection.

It all depends on the current stage of your car paint and what level you want to achieve.
                  For show car shine:
                  1. Wash
                  2. Clay
                  3. Clean (Ultimate Compound/ ScratchX 2.0, SwirlX)
                  4. Polish
                  5. Wax,
                  For minor imperfections:
                  1. Wash
                  2. Clay
                  3. Clean/ Polish (Dual Action Cleaner Polish M83, Paint Reconditioning Cream D151)
                  4. Wax
                  For good condition paint:
                  1. Wash
                  2. Clay
                  3. Cleaner Wax (Quick Detailer M66, ColorX, Cleaner Wax M6)
                  4. Extra Wax - as option.
                  Waxes:
Synthetic - longest protection - Tech Wax 2.0, Synthetic Sealant 2.0 M21, Polymer Sealant M20,
Natural (Carnauba) - best shine - Gold Class Carnauba Plus, Hi-Tech Yellow Wax M26).

Your baby is brand new then.
However sometimes even brand new cars require claying after washing because they have been kept outside before purchase.
Dennis, after you wash your car do a clay test: gently rub your clean hand on the hood of your vehicle, if you feel some bumps (you can hear them as well) then you have bonded contaminants on your paint - you need to clay. If you don't feel/ hear anything you can skip claying. You can put your hand inside zipper bag to perform this test as well.
Clay bar prepares your paint surface and removes all dirts seating on top of it which your car wash can't remove. Remember, car wax stays on top of your paint as well so for longer and better wax protection it's worth to do it.
In your case I'd use just a cleaner wax next. It's your choice: M66 Quick Detailer, ColorX, Cleaner/ Wax M6. After that you can still use your favorite wax - natural or synthetic.
All of these products you can apply by hand but you're gonna get better results with cleaner wax polisher application.
                      Good luck !!!

Yes, you can use GC over TechWax 2.0. In fact, the new GCCP is actually works as good (or even better) as a topper.

I have a coat of Gc on it and then put the Tech wax 2.0 I'm sure it will be OK i did the hand over the finish and found no grit or bumps I'm not sure the $20 bottle of tech 2.0 liquid is worth it sure don't go far i probly used 1/3 of it on my truck the paste was sold out at 2 stores

1/3 of a bottle? I don't use more than an ounce or 1.5 ounces even when doing my dad's Honda Pilot or my sister'a 2010 Honda CR-V.
