Re: Review of Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax

I just used this for the first time tonight and it seemed to work pretty well. It seemed to boost the wax ever so slightly, I can't comment on the shine as it was dark when I finished. I usually use the Deep Crystal soap and that works just fine for me but I think I am going to switch to the UW&W for my vehicles that are regularly maintained and use the DC for wheel wells and such...

Re: Review of Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax

First off great review and comments guys/girls. My first experience with this shampoo came about an hour ago and my first reaction was this stuff smells good. Awesome suds while filling up the bucket and all throughout the wash the suds maintained. It left a nice shine and my car was just recently waxed so it's hard to say whether it had any effect on water beeding.

A detailer recommended to me a shampoo called 1Z Einszett Perls Shampoo Premium Car Wash. It get's excellent reviews. I wasn't that impressed with it,it's the type of shampoo that doesn't sud much and it's designed that way but it's supposed to get the job done anyways and provide some wax properties along the way. After washing with the stuff tonight and seeing the results I went to Walmart and bought the Meguiar's Ult Wash & Wax and gave my car another complete wash and this time I was definitely more impressed. Just my two cents but I will definitely be using the Ult W & W again by Meguiars. Did I mention this stuff smells delicious.
